Beach morning

I went out to the beach with my friends. It was nice soaking up the sunshine and looking at the amazing view

Tai Chi

 We did Tai Chi exercises from a DVD by Dr Paul Lam who is a very well known and good Tai Chi Teacher. I visualised myself doing all the Tai Chi moves and I found some of the names of the moves pretty funny! 

My birthday!

 Yesterday the 17th of march was my 63rd birthday! Angie picked me up wearing a hilarious birthday outfit with a hat and glasses and a tie. The whole centre sung me happy birthday, gave me a card and we had cake I had brought in which was very yummy! We then went out to Nicole R’s farm where we picked pumpkins and cucumbers and then went for a walk around the farm. Wow, what a day!

Enjoying pilot bay

 I went to the beach at pilot bay with my friends.  I enjoyed sitting on the grass and watching the view. Was a great day to go to the beach!
