Christmas time!

 I enjoyed listening to lots of classic Christmas songs while the Christmas decorations went up for Fridays Christmas party! I like how our Christmas tree looks! I've also enjoyed watching a Christmas video too. 

Ila Park outing

 Had a lovely morning at Ila Park, watching everyone enjoy themselves and relaxing under the tree.

Waiata

 I love to have a good old sing a long in karaoke with friends. This week I sung to "knock three times" and " seven little girls". They don't sing them like that anymore haha.

Volunteer Group

 Our friends from Fraser Manor resthome visited our centre for the volunteer group. They brought a game with them called Ring Toss. I had a turn and was pretty good.

My time comedy

 I enjoy using the i-pad in my time. This week I was laughing so hard watching comedian Chris tucker. He was so funny and had some good jokes. 

Citz club lunch

 I went to the citz club for connect 20 social group and enjoyed a yummy lunch with my friends 

Circability

Spinning plates is fun, and learning new tricks.

 

 

Wilrose guiness records

 I enjoyed participating in the Wilrose guiness records in twinkl. I particularly enjoyed the balloon tapping where I had to try and keep the balloon in the air and see how many hits of the balloon I could do.

Pamper morning

 We had a nice relaxing pamper morning and I had a lovely massage,  it was so good!

Park visit

 I had a good time out in the sun at a park at the lakes. It was a bit chilly though so I took a warm blanket.

Connect 20

 I went to the citz club for a drink with the connect 20 crew, it was great to get out and about.

Citz club lunch

 I went to the citz club for connect 20 lunch with my friends. I had a shrimp cocktail and chips to eat. I also had a fizzy drink and talked to my mates and hung out with new ones. It was a good afternoon 

Friendship and games

 It was great fun watching and playing the 'who wants to be a millionaire' game with my friends.  Some of the questions were hard and the team needed my wise wisdom!!!

Sensory ~ beach theme

 I enjoyed listening to the ocean sounds in our Ocean themed sensory this week. 

My time

 I love chilling out in my time and using an iPad. I like listening to music on YouTube or watching documentaries. 

Planet earth sensory

 I was nice and relaxed in planet earth sensory. I was feeling these water beads with my hands for a little while. It felt like I was feeling jelly! Cold, wet and abit slimy.

Circability

 We had circability come and teach us how to juggle. I thought it was absolutely hilarious 😂 

Hanging with my friends

 I like to hang out at the centre with my friends. Here I am watching my mate scott play double egg and spoon

Sonic cinema

 On Friday I went to the sonic cinema at the historic village and saw the movie RIO, I enjoyed it.

Mussel fritters

 Mmmmm this week i got the kitchen to achieve my goal of making some tumeke mussel fritters! I picked all the big looking, fresh ones at the supermarket. Whipped up a batter and added in the chopped up steamed mussel. They were tasty. 

Matariki

 I enjoyed learning about the different stars names and meanings of Matariki this week. I created a star to put on the Matariki board then I sung some waiata along with Linda's guitar.

Happy Attitude tee

Today I helped paint my Happy Attitude T-shirt, can’t wait for my tee to dry so I can wear it with a big smile on my dial .
