What’s on the menu at Wilrose Centre today you ask? Wouldn’t you like to know.. Ha ha jokes. Our awesome staff, Nicole and Dwayne whipped up a mean feed of curried sausages and spag bowl. I had a couple slices of bread to tautau in the sauce. Rēka! I washed it all down with a cold glass of lime cordial. Kua kī katoa tōku puku.

Treasures of the Moana
Today I explored some of the treasures from the moana. I enjoyed feeling the different textures of the pumice and shells. There were lots of shapes and sizes. I also listened to the sound of Tanagaroa through the Puutatara, maybe one day I will learn to play it. Wouldn't that be neat!

Meat patties
What’s on the menu today?
Today I got my apron on and cooked up some tasty meat patties. The guys and I wrote out the recipe, we followed it step by step and voila, tasty meat patties. We used a variety of ingredients including oats and milk as our flour substitute. Che check us out! I'm looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and getting back in there when I can.
